Maintenance

Elevators, no matter how good they are, can’t be safe enough, efficient and always work in a healthy way without timed and good maintenance. Along with elevator maintenance being a legal obligation, it is also very important and an obligation for safety, time, comfort and elevator usage life span.
Doing maintenance on the elevators on a regular basis;  constantly makes the elevator run safely, reduces malfunction rate, determining materials that can fail over time because of normal usage early to avoid a possible crash that may occur, expensive elevator components like elevator engine and control panel’s control on a regular basis, will increase their life span and they will work fine for a long time with small amount of costs.
Besides all these, elevator maintenance is an obligation. Building managers should make elevators’ maintenance done by elevator companies which has the required papers needed as mentioned in the elevator regulations. Otherwise they will be responsible for any negative circumstances that might happen.
